It’s the first week of October, which can only mean one thing - spooky season is here! Time to crack out the Halloween decorations (I love these from Tyninghame candles) and lean into cosy weekend plans.
What’s on 🍂
👗 Refresh your wardrobe and do good on Thursday at this Fashion Swish, organised by Lower Impact Living. Your ticket price gets you a glass of fizz, and first dibs on North Berwick’s finest pre-loved items.
🎸 Tickets for West Barns Live may be sold out, but if you’re in the mood for live music you can still catch Pictish Trail + Luce Mawdsley at East Linton Community Hall this Saturday.
🍎 Head to Gullane this Sunday to catch the annual Apple Festival - it’s BYOA (bring your own apples) and you can expect tasty treats, lots of recipe ideas, plus a go on the apple press if you’re lucky. Wholesome much?
🛍️ Also on Sunday, the Big Indoor Market comes to Muirfield Riding Therapy, with over 50 stalls of local produce, crafts and vintage finds.
